About us

PayKaasu is an Indian payments platform, designed, built and operated end to end in-house. Product, engineering, operations and customer support all sit under one roof.

The platform is built on a simple model: payer → PayKaasu → payee. Each payment is a single record that carries its own status, and every change to it is logged, so there is always one source of truth for where the money is. Vendor payments, invoice payments and utility bills all run on this one payments core, and the same foundation is built to support more payment journeys as the platform grows.

We work alongside regulated banking and payment partners, and our engineering focus stays on one thing: payments that are reliable, traceable and easy to reconcile.

FAQs

Frequently
asked questions

Can I pay school or college fees with a credit card?

You can pay eligible education fees with a supported credit card. Availability depends on the institution and payment service.

Can I pay a supplier who does not accept cards?

Yes. Eligible supplier payments are sent to the supplier's bank account by bank transfer, so they only need a bank account and IFSC.

Are there any additional charges?

Any applicable fees and taxes will be shown before you confirm your payment.

How long does a payment take?

The time it takes depends on the type of payment. Check the expected timing before you pay.

What if a payment fails?

If your card is charged but the payment does not go through, the full amount is refunded to your card within 1 working day. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Is every payment eligible?

No. It depends on what you are paying for, who you are paying and the payment options available.

How can I get help with a payment?

Email info@paykaasu.com with your payment reference, if you have one. Never email your full card details.
